The Kosher Pastry Oven is the Greater Washington area's premier full service kosher bakery, cafe, dinner, & special events catering establishment. This family run business has been serving the community since 1992, and always strives to offer something for everyone!

Our non-dairy (Pareve) pastries are created in-house by our own master French Pastry Chef, and include everything from wedding cakes to individual and unique tarts.

Our Dairy cafe boasts an extensive menu. We offer unique wraps, hearty salads, homemade soups, and much more. Whether you stop in for a fresh brewed cup of coffee & a croissant, or need to satisfy a hungry group of 20, the cafe will have you covered!

Dinner service has been a wonderful addition to the Pastry Oven. Our eclectic mix of choices features Moroccan dishes, Italian pasta creations, and so much in between. Our constantly changing menu features the area's freshest & highest quality fish, handcrafted salads with bright, local, & organic ingredients, and individually hand-made pastas that will wow your taste buds.

Catering is available with a wide range of culinary choices and price points, both on-site and off. With menu creations available from the cafe, restaurant, and bakery, any event catered by the Pastry Oven is sure to be a success! 

We are under the supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington (VAAD), and offer many Chalov Yisraeli dairy options as well as plenty of Pareve choices in addition to our regular menu.
